Policies
Refund Policy: No refunds
for cancellations within one week of a scheduled course.
For cancellations more than one week prior to the course
start date, students may reschedule or receive a refund
minus a $25.00 course materials fee.
Postponement Policy:
We reserve the right to postpone courses due to low enrollment.
Students registered in a postponed course may transfer to
another course or request a full refund.
Foul Weather Policy:
Courses are not postponed in advance due to inclement weather.
If on-water sailing time is lost due to storms, strong wind
or insufficient wind, students in attendance may schedule
an additional make-up on-water session at no additional
cost. 12 hours are guaranteed.
